From the manga 『DEATH NOTE』, apparel and fashion goods created in collaboration with “Graniph”, known for their graphic items, are now available. Reservations are open until June 30th on their official online store.

About 『DEATH NOTE』

Original work by Ooba Tsugumi and manga by Obata Takeshi, 『DEATH NOTE』 was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from 2003 to 2006 and quickly gained popularity. The terrifying “Death Note,” a power held by a Shinigami that kills anyone whose name is written in it, is dropped into the human world. The story begins when Yagami Raito, a high school student with a genius intellect who is bored with his life, picks it up.

The series has expanded into various media mixes including a TV anime, live-action films, a live-action drama series, and a musical. In the TV anime that began airing in 2006, Miyano Mamoru voiced Yagami Raito, Yamaguchi Kappei voiced the detective L, Nakamura Shidou voiced Ryuk, and Hirano Aya voiced Amane Misa. The animation was produced by MADHOUSE.

Yagami Raito, L, Ryuk, Misa, and other unique characters from 『DEATH NOTE』 have been turned into apparel and fashion goods.

Pay attention to the designs unique to Graniph, which are based on tricks within the story and often feature monochrome aesthetics. The lineup includes 18 items in total, such as T-shirts, shirts, hats, and bags. Here are some of the items:

■ 「L｜Long Sleeve T-shirt」
Inspired by L’s long-sleeve tee, this shirt features L sitting embroidered on the chest and the logo embroidered on the back. It is a basic long-sleeve T-shirt made from comfortable Tenjiku fabric.

■ 「Amane Misa & Rem｜Big Silhouette T-shirt」
Amane Misa is featured prominently on this design. The logo from the video message where Misa pretends to be Kira is on the shoulder, while the Shinigami Rem, hidden in the darkness, is on the back. Furthermore, the figure of “someone” quietly watching over Misa from somewhere is also included…

■ 「DEATH NOTE｜Big Silhouette T-shirt」
A cool, monochrome depiction of a smirking Raito and Ryuk. The back features the very first rule of the Death Note, written in English: “The human whose name is written in this note shall die.”

■ 「Misamisa｜Long Socks」
Misamisa (Amane Misa) is rendered in a jacquard design. These are comfortable for wear year-round, and you can almost hear her famous line, “I’d gladly die for Raito!”

■ 「Kyou no Takada-sama｜T-shirt」
This T-shirt design is inspired by the Sakura TV program “Kyou no Takada-sama,” which focused on Takada Kiyomi, Raito’s college girlfriend and Kira’s spokesperson. The back features the message Raito wrote during a secret meeting with Takada, as he suspected they were being bugged.

■ 「Ryuk｜2WAY Tote Bag」
An impactful tote bag featuring a bold print of Ryuk! The inner pocket has a double-layer design: beneath the pocket embroidered with Raito’s lifespan, there’s another pocket embroidered with “DEATH NOTE”…

Additionally, the collection offers items that will delight 『DEATH NOTE』 fans, such as the “Memory Pattern｜Big Silhouette Open Collar Shirt” featuring the collage pattern from when Raito regained his memories, and the “Ryuk in the Moonlight｜Zip Wallet” designed with Ryuk flying under a moonlit sky.

These items will be available starting July 1st at all Graniph stores (excluding outlets) and the official Graniph online store. However, pre-orders are currently being accepted on the official online store until 23:59 JST on June 30th.
