About Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!
The original Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! is a light novel series by Akatsuki Natsume. It follows Satou Kazuma, a hikikomori who absolutely loves games, as he finds himself in an 异世界 (isekai) that feels just like an RPG. There, he forms a party with the useless goddess Aqua, the archwizard Megumin, and the female knight Darkness, embarking on chaotic adventures.
With its cast of unique characters, the series quickly gained popularity. The TV anime adaptation aired its first season in 2016, the second in 2017, and the third season aired from April 2024. Furthermore, two new OVA episodes that were previously unaired on TV were shown in theaters nationwide for a limited two-week run in March 2025, titled Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! 3 -BONUS STAGE-.
The Figures: Aqua and Darkness in Negligees
Aqua and Darkness appear as non-scale figures, clad in charming negligee attire. These figures are based on an illustration specially drawn for the “Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukuku wo! 10th Anniversary Online Lottery” hosted by Kujibikidoo, showing a sexy side of the characters.
The Aqua figure captures her with a calm, composed expression that you don’t often see, showcasing a look quite different from her usual adventuring outfit. Standing at approximately 160mm tall, this small-scale figure is packed with detail. The meticulous sculpting and vibrant coloring make even a simple pose quite impressive to behold.
Darkness, on the other hand, is a must-see for her genuinely embarrassed expression and the body line that’s usually hidden beneath her bulky armor. Clear parts are even incorporated into her design. At a slightly more petite height of approximately 145mm, she’s easy to pick up and display. You’ll definitely want to display these two together!
Both Aqua and Darkness figures are available individually. Additionally, a “KADOKAWA Special Set” is offered exclusively through Kadosto, Caranani.com, and Ebten.
