The Top Song Also Shines With Popular Character Covers!
First Place

Grabbing the top spot is the Ending Theme from 『Tomodachi no Imouto ga Ore ni dake Uzai』 (which can be translated as “My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me”): “Hoshi no Kodou” by Kohanaramu. It secured about 10.3% of the votes.
Listeners were charmed by its clear piano melody and a vocal performance brimming with heartfelt emotion. Before Episode 11 aired, a special cover version was released, featuring the characters themselves:
| Character | Voice Actor |
|---|---|
| Kohinata Aoba | Suzushiro Sayumi |
| Tsukinomori Mashiro | Kusunoki Tomori |
This version beautifully conveyed the inner feelings of the two heroines through the song.
Second Place

Securing second place is the ED from 『Guild no Uketsukejou desu ga, Zangyou wa Iya nanode Boss o Solo Toubatsu shiyou to Omoimasu』 (I’m the Guild Receptionist, but I Hate Overtime So I Think I’ll Solo the Boss): “Ashita no Watashi ni Shiawase Are” by Nanawo Akari. It earned approximately 10% support.
Its upbeat sound and self-encouraging lyrics left a strong impression, often reflecting the struggles and honest thoughts of the protagonist, Alina Clover. Voters praised it as “a song that working folks can relate to, presented in a comical way.”
Third Place

Landing in third is the ED for 『Hibi wa Sugiredo Meshi Umashi』 (Days Pass, But the Food is Delicious): “Misoshiru to Bataa” by Shio Reira, with a support rate of around 8.4%.
Interestingly, this song was released a full year before the anime aired. Despite being an existing track, it fits the show’s cozy world so perfectly it feels tailor-made. The vibrant, pop-art style visuals in the ending sequence further amplified its charm.
Highlights from Other Fan Comments!
The ED for 『Kusuriya no Hitorigoto Dai 2 Ki』 (The Apothecary Diaries Season 2) ranked 9th. Fans had warm words for its second cour ending, “Hitorigoto” by Omoinotake, saying it “added even more color to the main story’s poignant moments! Especially during the climax, I found myself getting teary-eyed every time I listened.”
Though it didn’t crack the top 10, the ED for 『Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan』 (Villainess Reincarnated as an Old Man) left a mark on some voters. The song is none other than the cross-generationally beloved “Matsuken Samba II”, covered by Grace=Kenzaburou (CV: Inoue Kazuhiko & M・A・O). Its debut during the broadcast trended on social media, and one fan shared, “I always thought EDs were for soaking in the afterglow of the episode, but I never expected to get the most pumped up *after* the show ended. That was a surprise!”
Another voter singled out “Tomoshibi” by DUSTCELL, the ED for 『Gachi Akuta』. They said, “This song makes me picture the protagonist, Rudo, with his purely boyish heart, finding what’s precious to him even when cast aside, and fighting earnestly for his friends. I listened to it over and over.” It clearly became a personally meaningful track for them.
These 2025 anime EDs walked hand-in-hand with their stories, striking a chord with viewers’ hearts. Let’s make sure to savor not just the main episodes, but the ending themes too in 2026!
