While many anime are adapted from manga, novels, or games, original anime, crafted from the ground up, possess a truly unique charm.
In 2025, a diverse range of captivating original works are being produced, such as Maebashi Witches, Apocalypse Hotel, and Hibi wa Sugiredo Meshi Umashi. The captivating stories keep you guessing until the very last episode, characters shine more vibrantly with each passing installment, and the stunning visuals and immersive music pull you deeply into their unique worlds. Many fans have surely been moved by the fresh encounters and delightful surprises that only original anime can deliver!
Therefore, Anime! Anime! is excited to conduct a reader survey titled “What’s your favorite original anime?” We invite you to share your top picks in a free-response format.

Please note: This survey applies only to original anime works (including TV broadcasts, movies, streaming, OVA, etc.) that do not have any pre-existing source material.
Please limit your response to one submission per person.
Basic information such as gender and age are optional, and you may choose not to answer them. Everyone is welcome to participate, so feel free to join in!
