An Overview of Kill la Kill

For those unfamiliar, Kill la Kill is a high-octane original anime series that burst onto the scene in 2013, brought to life by the creative duo Imaishi Hiroyuki and Nakajima Kazuki. The story follows the tenacious transfer student, Matoi Ryuuko, as she relentlessly searches for the truth behind her father’s death and the mysterious “Katatachi Basami no Onna” (Woman with the Scissor Blade). Her quest leads her to Honnouji Gakuen, an academy where the student council president, Kiryuuin Satsuki, reigns supreme, thanks to the power of “Gokuseifuku” (Ultimate Uniforms) – special uniforms that grant incredible abilities to their wearers.

From its debut, Kill la Kill captivated audiences with its dazzling battle sequences, unique visual direction, and an absolutely relentless, high-tension narrative. It quickly became a sensation and continues to enchant fans worldwide. The masterful animation for this series was handled by the acclaimed studio TRIGGER.

COSPA has paid incredible attention to detail, even specially knitting the ribs for the sleeves and hem to ensure an authentic feel and appearance. The sleeves are designed with extra length to perfectly capture that relaxed, rolled-up silhouette Ryuuko often sports.

Plus, it’s made without padding, making it lightweight and easy to move in, ideal for everyday wear across three seasons: spring, autumn, and winter. This sukajan is designed for comfort and style, allowing for that effortlessly cool, slightly wrinkled look that gives it character.

The sukajan’s relaxed silhouette creates a perfect, stylish drape.
