About DANDADAN: Where Occult Battles Meet Youthful Romance
DANDADAN is a captivating occult battle and youth romance manga by Tatsu Yukinobu, serialized on Shueisha’s “Shonen Jump+”. The story follows Momo (Ayase Momo), a high school girl from a family of psychics, and her occult-obsessed classmate, Okarun (Takakura Ken). After an encounter with overwhelming, otherworldly entities that defy comprehension, they gain hidden powers and cursed abilities. They must now confront these bizarre phenomena while also getting entangled in a destined romance!
The TV anime adaptation first premiered in October 2024, with its second season kicking off on July 3, 2025, airing on the MBS/TBS network’s 28 stations as part of the “Super Animeism TURBO” block.
