New Haikyuu!! Wafer Seals: The 7th Installment is Here!
Get ready, Haikyuu!! fans! The seventh wave of collectible wafer seals has appeared, and pre-orders are now open on Bandai Namco Group’s official mail-order site, Premium Bandai.
What is Haikyuu!!?
For the uninitiated, Haikyuu!! is a manga by Haruichi Furudate that was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It follows the passionate journey of high school boys as they dedicate their youth to volleyball.
The series kicked off as a TV anime in 2014 and has since become a global phenomenon. The movie, Gekijouban Haikyuu!! Gomi Suteba no Kessen (which can be translated as “The Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump”), released on February 16, 2024, smashed box office records with over 20 billion yen in worldwide revenue. And the excitement isn’t over yet! In 2027, we can look forward to Gekijouban Haikyuu!! VS Chiisana Kyojin (“VS The Small Giant”), featuring the clash between Karasuno High and Kamomedai High, plus a special anime titled Haikyuu!! Bakemono-tachi no Iku Tokoro (“Where the Monsters Go”) that will depict the battle between Fukurodani Academy and Nekoma High.
