The highly anticipated “TV Anime Ranma 1/2 CAFE ~Kakutou Demai Race~” is set to open its doors for a limited time from November 7th to December 14th, 2025, in both Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and Umeda, Osaka. About Ranma 1/2
For those unfamiliar, Ranma 1/2 is a chaotic martial arts romantic comedy based on the beloved manga by Takahashi Rumiko. The story follows Saotome Ranma, a martial artist with a peculiar curse: he transforms into a girl when splashed with cold water and reverts to a boy with hot water. His everyday life is anything but ordinary, constantly intertwined with his fiancée, Tendou Akane—the third daughter of the Tendou Dojo—and a vibrant cast of eccentric characters. This timeless classic has recently received a “completely new animation project,” with its first season airing and streaming since October 2024, and the second season having just begun its broadcast on NTV from October 4th, 2025.
