NARUTO -Naruto- is a beloved TV anime series based on Kishimoto Masashi’s ninja action manga, which ran in “Weekly Shounen Jump” from 1999 to 2014. The story follows the ambitious ninja Uzumaki Naruto as he overcomes fierce battles with rivals and confronts the burdens of his past, all while striving to become the Hokage, the leader of Konohagakure no Sato (Hidden Leaf Village). The TV anime adaptation kicked off in 2002, with its sequel, NARUTO -Naruto- Shippuuden, airing from 2007 to 2017.
