This product uses a whole Kishuu Nankou Ume plum and alpha-ized rice produced with a unique method from Wakayama Prefecture. You can easily enjoy ume and rice in any environment, simply by adding water.
Preparation is simple: just 60 minutes with cold water or 15-20 minutes with hot water. A foldable spoon is included in the can. A transparent lid is adopted for hygiene.
