A Splash of Summer: Yanami Anna School Swimwear Figure Announced!
Aniplex is bringing the energetic charm of Yanami Anna from the TV anime Make Heroine ga Oosugiru! (also known as Too Many Losing Heroines!) to life with a new 1/7 scale figure, capturing her in a cute school swimsuit. The figure is now available for pre-order on the hobby goods online shop Ami Ami.
About the Anime: A “New-Sensational, Chaotic Defeat-Flags Flying” Story
The series is based on the light novel by Amemori Takibi, published under GA Bunko, which won the Gagaga Award at the 15th Shogakukan Light Novel Awards. It’s a unique “new-sensational, chaotic defeat-flags flying youth story.” The plot follows the observant and loner high school freshman Nukumizu Kazuhiko, whose quiet life gets turned upside down by a trio of slightly unfortunate “losing heroines” (make heroines, or makeine for short). This includes his gluttonous childhood friend-type heroine Yanami Anna, the super energetic sports-type heroine Yakishio Remon, and the shy, small-animal-type heroine Komari Chika.
The TV anime adaptation, animated by A-1 Pictures under director Kitamura Shotaro, aired from July to September 2024. Excitingly, a second season was announced during a special event in April 2025!
