New Bocchi the Rock! Goods Drop for Comic Market 107
Fresh merch from the anime Bocchi the Rock! has arrived, featuring items like Gotou Hitori’s “Embroidered Zip Parka” and Kessoku Band’s “Full Graphic T-Shirt.” These goodies will get an early release at Comic Market 107 on December 30th and 31st, 2025, at the Nijigen Cospa booth [West Halls 3-4, No.1421].
What’s Bocchi the Rock! All About?
Bocchi the Rock! is an anime adaptation of the four-panel manga by Hamaji Aki, serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara MAX. It follows the story of an extremely shy and introverted girl, Gotou Hitori (aka Bocchi-chan), who picks up a guitar and ends up meeting a bunch of unique characters: Ijichi Nika, Yamada Ryou, and Kita Ikuyo. Together, they form a band called Kessoku Band, and the series charts Bocchi-chan’s growth from a total loner to a band member.
The TV anime kicked off in October 2022 and blew up almost instantly. Kessoku Band’s full album, Kessoku Band, topped the charts, snagging first place in Oricon’s 2023 “Digital Album Ranking by Work” and Billboard JAPAN’s “Annual Download Album Chart,” making waves in the music scene. The story continued with the theatrical compilations Gekijou Soushuuhen Bocchi the Rock! Re: in June 2024 and Gekijou Soushuuhen Bocchi the Rock! Re:Re: in August 2024.
