Get ready for an adorable crossover! Hello Kitty teams up with the apparel and goods brand “Graniph” and their original character, Byuutifuru Shadoo (Beautiful Shadow), for a charming collaboration. From January 13, 2026 (Tuesday), these exclusive items will be available for purchase at Graniph’s official online store and physical stores across Japan.

The Story Behind HELLO SHADOW
Dive into the heartwarming tale behind the collection! The “HELLO SHADOW” line, featuring 23 different items, is born from a story where Byuutifuru Shadoo, who admires Hello Kitty, creates a plushie of herself dressed as Hello Kitty. Designed for fans who cheer on their idols, the lineup includes a variety of pieces from fashion apparel to everyday goods.
Product Lineup
“Longing for That Girl | Big Silhouette Long-Sleeve T-Shirt” features Hello Kitty’s face embroidered with cute design of Shadoo hanging from the whiskers. The right sleeve has embroidery of Shadoo’s face trying to tie a ribbon like a bow tie, and the left sleeve is printed with “HELLO SHADOW” text.
“HELLO SHADOW | Fleece-Backed Sweat” comes in three colors: black, blue, and red. The charming design has slightly wobbly details like the plushie’s ear shape and button placement. Made with comfortable fleece-backed fabric, it features an embroidered Hello Kitty patch on the right sleeve.
“HELLO SHADOW Face | Fleece-Backed Big Silhouette Hoodie” depicts Byuutifuru Shadoo making a Hello Kitty-style plushie with appliqué and embroidery. The back has embroidery of Shadoo wearing a hood drawn in outline.
“Kitty Silhouette Pattern | Jacquard V-Neck Cardigan” uses jacquard knitting to create a Hello Kitty silhouette pattern. The playful design mixes Hello Kitty and Byuutifuru Shadoo wearing a Hello Kitty costume.
“Big Silhouette T-Shirt” comes in two designs. One shows Shadoo diligently making a plushie, and the other has her holding the handmade plushie—both heartwarming designs. The right sleeve features an embroidered Hello Kitty patch.
“Sewing Shadoo | Loose Shirt” is a relaxed-fit shirt. The pocket has embroidery of the completed plushie, and the right sleeve has an embroidered Hello Kitty patch.
“Kitty & Shadoo | Sweatpants” offer a comfortable, relaxed silhouette. The front has an embroidered Hello Kitty patch and “HELLO SHADOW” text, while the back features embroidery of Byuutifuru Shadoo’s face admiring Hello Kitty with a ribbon. A red waist string inspired by Hello Kitty adds a cute touch.
“Kitty Silhouette Pattern | Long Socks” use jacquard knitting for a Hello Kitty silhouette pattern. With Hello Kitty’s ribbon and nose colored, these socks are comfortable for all seasons.
“Sitting HELLO SHADOW | Stadium Jacket” is made with medium-thickness melton fabric for a relaxed fit. The back has a large, plush Sagara embroidery of Shadoo herself in a Hello Kitty costume plushie. The front shows Shadoo’s face, and the right sleeve has Kitty embroidery.
T-Shirts include four types. “HELLO SHADOW | T-Shirt” has a back print of Shadoo from behind and comes in black and white.
Other T-shirts feature Shadoo holding a handmade plushie in “Admiring That Girl | T-Shirt” and Shadoo sitting next to Hello Kitty wearing a handmade hood in “Next to That Girl | T-Shirt”.
“Next to That Girl | 2WAY Tote Bag” is a functional tote bag with embroidered graphics. It has a front hanging pocket and inner pockets for small items, blending design and utility.
“Sitting HELLO SHADOW | Wallet” is a round-zip bifold wallet. Note the Hello Kitty-inspired inner card case color and the coin case interior with a Hello Kitty silhouette pattern.
“HELLO SHADOW Face | Jacquard Knit Cap” comes in three colors: black, red, and blue. It features Byuutifuru Shadoo wearing a handmade hood and impersonating Hello Kitty, all done in jacquard knitting.
“Sitting HELLO SHADOW | Plushie” is made with soft boa material for a cozy feel, perfect for cuddling. It’s great for room decor or as a gift.
“Sitting HELLO SHADOW | Charm” is a mini plushie made from soft boa material. With a carabiner attached, it can be clipped to backpacks or tote bags.
Pre-Order Details
Pre-orders are being accepted on the Graniph official online store from 24:00 on January 7, 2026 (Wednesday) to 23:59 on January 12, 2026 (Monday).
