A brand-new line of Barbapapa travel and daily goods is set to hit stores just in time for summer adventures. Launching exclusively at Aeon on June 20, 2026, the collection features the beloved shape-shifting family in designs that celebrate movement and fun.

First introduced in 1970 by French author Annette Tison and American author Talus Taylor, Barbapapa is a character who can change into any shape. The series follows his family and their interactions with townspeople, and has been loved in over 30 countries for more than 50 years.
The new goods feature Barbapapa and his family transforming into vehicles such as airplanes, helicopters, cars, and parachutes, as well as heart and swan motifs. The artwork captures the whimsical world of the characters, making each item a mood booster whether you’re traveling or studying.

Stationery highlights include a B6 notebook with perforated pages and a rubber band for easy carrying, and an A7 memo pad available in ruled and blank versions. The puffy stickers come in three themes—travel, heart, and Papa & Mama—with glittery, three-dimensional designs.
Flake stickers in a can are also available; once the stickers are used, the can doubles as a small storage container.

For trips and events, the ticket holder features two ticket slots and a slider case, useful for organizing receipts. The index clear file A4 has multiple indexes for sorting documents by purpose.
The multi-case can hold bankbooks, passports, and cards together. The square pouch with carabiner is just the right size for earphones or snacks and can be attached to bags or belt loops.
Other everyday items include an eco bag with pouch, a bag-in-bag, a drawstring pouch, and a clear pen case.
Smartphone accessories include a rubber charm and a charm phone ring, combining cute design with practicality to prevent drops.
Keyholders come in rubber, mirror, and 3-link acrylic varieties. A pet bottle holder with carabiner can be attached to bags or belts, perfect for outings and events.
The series will be available at the stationery corners of 226 Aeon and Aeon Style stores in the Kanto, Hokuriku-Shinetsu, Tokai, Kinki, and Chugoku-Shikoku regions, as well as online at Aeon Style Online. A total of 18 types and 27 items will be released.
