New merchandise featuring exclusive illustrations from the online lottery for the anime Ginga Tokkyu Milky☆Subway is now available for pre-order. The items, which were previously only obtainable through the lottery, have been recreated as brand-new goods.
The anime Ginga Tokkyu Milky☆Subway has been a massive hit since the release of Ginga Tokkyu Milky☆Subway Kakueki Teisha Gekijou Iki in February 2026. In June 2026, an updated version titled Rinji Zouhatsu Milky☆Subway Kakueki Teisha Gekijou Iki with additional new scenes began screening.
The story follows enhanced humans Chiharu and Makina, who are arrested for violating the Galactic Road Traffic Law. At the same time, fellow enhanced humans Akane and Kanata, along with cyborgs Cart and Max, are also taken into custody. Police officer Ryouko assigns them all community service: cleaning the interplanetary train known as the Milky☆Subway. What starts as a simple task quickly spirals out of control when the train suddenly goes berserk, dragging the group into a major incident. The result is an unprecedented space train spectacle with no intentions, no principles, and no agenda.
School-Themed Illustrations
The new online lottery adopts a “school” theme, featuring newly drawn illustrations of Chiharu, Makina, and other characters in various school uniforms—sailor outfits, gakuran, and blazers. Ryouko appears in a teacher’s attire.
