A new promotional video and key visual have been released for the upcoming film Rakuen Tsuihou: Kokoro no Resonance.
The latest PV showcases flashy action sequences featuring protagonist Gabriel and others wielding weapons and riding bikes. The video also reveals a glimpse of the new threat known as Fallen, previously teased in March 2026. The newly unveiled key visual brings together all five main characters from Deva’s Security Bureau, with the ominous mask of Fallen looming in the background.
New Character Penemu Voiced by Sumire Morohoshi
The PV also introduces a new character, Penemu, a third-class agent of the Deva Security Bureau. The role is voiced by Sumire Morohoshi, who commented: “I gave my all to portray Penemu in my own way. I hope she becomes a character that stays in your hearts.” An interview video with Morohoshi has also been released.
Advance Ticket Sales Begin July 24
The third Mubichike advance ticket (card) featuring the new key visual will go on sale from July 24, 2026, at theaters nationwide and online. Purchasers will receive an A4 visual card featuring an original illustration of Deva Security Bureau agent Daneru as a bonus.
About the Film
The original Rakuen Tsuihou: Expelled from Paradise was released in theaters on November 15, 2014. It was the first original theatrical work by Gen Urobuchi (Nitroplus) and director Seiji Mizushima, set in the year 2400 where humanity has abandoned physical bodies and Earth to live in the cyber world Deva. The full 3DCG animation, blending grand sci-fi vision with stunning action, became a major hit.
The long-awaited sequel, Rakuen Tsuihou: Kokoro no Resonance, reunites the core staff: director Seiji Mizushima, scriptwriter Gen Urobuchi (Nitroplus), character designer Masatsugu Saito, and composer NARASAKI. The film is scheduled for nationwide release on November 13, 2026.
