The summer anime Reiwa no Dara-san has released a synopsis and preview images for its sixth episode, titled “Gen’ei no Suijin-sama” (Phantom Water God), which will begin airing on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
Reiwa no Dara-san is a new-sensation occult comedy set in the Reiwa era, based on the manga by Tomotsuka Haruomi serialized on Kadokawa’s “KadoComi” and “Niconico Manga”. Directed by Suzuki Rito, the animation production is handled by Asahi Production.
Episode 6 Synopsis
In the sixth episode, Kaoru, who admires the “beams” in tokusatsu and manga, asks Dara-san to let her shoot one too. Dara-san is perplexed by this unreasonable request, but… Meanwhile, during a holiday, Hinata and Kaoru visit their relatives, the Nitta family. While enjoying the sea, they hear a legend about “Watagame-sama”.
