The “Ohasuta Fifth Academy” corner, which teaches viewers how to enjoy the game *IdentityV*, is returning for a second season. The new season will premiere on September 8, 2026, within the TV Tokyo morning program *Ohasuta* for elementary school students. Additionally, a short anime depicting the daily lives of Emma and other characters is set to air around the end of November 2026, with a key visual revealed.
*IdentityV* is a 1v4 asymmetric multiplayer game where four survivors and one hunter engage in a thrilling game of tag. With over 400 million users worldwide, it has gained popularity for its attractive characters and deep storylines.
In season 2 of “Ohasuta Fifth Academy,” host Suba-nii (Kimura Subaru) and the Ohakids—Itou Aya, Kitou Masato, Taguchi Ousei, Muraki Reon, and Mitsui Meitake—will dive even deeper into the game’s mechanics. They will take on newly implemented modes and learn tips that make the tag game even more enjoyable.
The short anime, produced by TypeZERO, will consist of four episodes. The key visual features Emma the gardener as a school senior, alongside three new survivors, and Jack appears as a teacher, hinting at the school life these characters will experience.
Voice actress Saitou Chiwa, who plays Emma, shared her excitement: “I’m really happy to return to the world of ‘Ohasuta Fifth Academy.’ I’m looking forward to seeing Suba-sub and the Ohakids, as well as all the Ohatomo fans. I hear there’s also an anime this time! I’m thrilled to see what kind of story it will be. Let’s have fun learning about *IdentityV* together in the powered-up second season!”
