The ninth and final episode of Tefuda ga Oome no Victoria (Victoria of Many Faces) ended with an announcement on Wednesday that a new special episode and a second season are in production. The official website also revealed an announcement visual.
Produced by Studio Deen, the first season premiered on July 8. Crunchyroll simulcasted the anime with subtitles in multiple languages.
The fantasy novel was penned by Shuu on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website from September to November 2021, with a sequel launching in April 2022. Kadokawa began publishing the light novel under its MF Books imprint in July 2022, featuring illustrations by Nanna Fujimi (Silent Witch). The fourth volume went on sale on June 25. The series has a cumulative 1 million copies in circulation, including digital editions.
Komo Ushino began drawing a manga adaptation on the ComicWalker platform in December 2022. Kadokawa released the seventh volume on July 17.
Yen Press licensed both the light novel and manga in English in September 2024 and February 2025, respectively. The third novel volume was published on November 25 last year. The third manga volume was released on February 10, with the fourth volume going on sale on September 22.
