Fans of Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica have a stylish new reason to celebrate: the franchise has teamed up with fashion brand ANNA SUI for a collaborative lineup inspired by Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica [Shinpen] Hangyaku no Monogatari (Rebellion). The collection includes necklaces replicating Soul Gems and Dark Orbs, as well as wallets, bags, and more. Orders will be accepted via Marui Web Channel starting September 19, 2026.
Originally aired as a TV series in 2011, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica follows ordinary middle school student Kaname Madoka as she is drawn into a world of magical girls born from wishes. The story was later adapted into two theatrical films in 2012, followed by Rebellion in 2013. A brand-new sequel, Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten, opened on August 28, 2026.
The collaboration art blends ANNA SUI’s signature butterfly and rose motifs with iconic elements from the Madoka Magica universe, focusing on the characters Madoka and Homura. The result is a range of fashion accessories and jewelry that captures the series’ distinctive aesthetic.
Papillon Clasp Two-Fold Wallet (Madoka & Homura) – 24,200 yen. This wallet features an embossed design combining Madoka’s Soul Gem, Homura’s Dark Orb, and ribbon motifs, all mixed with ANNA SUI’s iconic rose pattern. A butterfly brooch adopts color schemes inspired by both characters. It also includes a separate clasp-type coin purse and card slots.
Didion 2-Way Bag (Madoka & Homura) – 39,600 yen. This popular clasp-style bag from ANNA SUI incorporates Soul Gem, Dark Orb, ribbon, and rose motifs. A butterfly charm uses colors inspired by the pair, and the design features red ribbon accents.
Also available are the AS Strap (Madoka or Homura, each 14,300 yen) for carrying smartphones diagonally, and the Butterfly Motif Necklace (Madoka & Homura, 22,000 yen) that represents half of each character.
Reproducing iconic items from the series, the Soul Gem Necklace (Madoka) and Dark Orb Necklace (Homura) each cost 44,000 yen. These faithful recreations feature ANNA SUI’s signature butterfly motif on the front, and the chain can be shortened for use as a charm.
Further items include Pouches (each 4,950 yen) featuring magical girls and Bebe, Printed Hand Towels (each 2,750 yen), Smartphone Cleaning Cloth Handkerchiefs (each 1,430 yen) with Madoka or Homura designs, and Crew Socks (each 2,530 yen). A Folding Umbrella for rain or shine comes in two patterns – “Soul Gem & Floral” and “Bebe” – each 7,700 yen.

The ANNA SUI x Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica items are available for pre-order via Marui Web Channel starting September 19, 2026 at 12:00 JST. Samples will be displayed at the “Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica POP UP SHOP in OIOI” at Yurakucho Marui, Hakata Marui, and Namba Marui.
