Gintama Goods Debut at Jump Festa 2026
AMNIBUS, the shop known for selling original manga and anime goods, is setting up a booth at “Jump Festa 2026” on December 20th and 21st, 2025. Fans at the event will get the first crack at snagging new merchandise featuring brand-new, specially drawn illustrations from the TV anime ‘Gintama’.

About the Legend: Gintama
The series ‘Gintama’ is based on the manga by Sorachi Hideaki that was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (published by Shueisha). This wildly popular franchise packs a unique punch with its gut-busting comedy, intense action, and heartfelt themes of bonds and humanity. Its success has spawned TV and theatrical anime adaptations, plus live-action films and streaming dramas.
The comic series has racked up over 73 million copies in global sales (including digital versions). The momentum hasn’t stopped: October 2025 saw the TV anime premiere of the spin-off novel ‘3-nen Z-gumi Ginpachi-sensei’ (original story by Sorachi Hideaki / author: Oosaki Tomohito). Even now, roughly 20 years after the manga first launched in 2003, the “Gintama 20th Anniversary Project” is in full swing, rolling out major campaigns to keep fans across Japan excited.
