“The Story of Us” is a brand-new song crafted as the ending theme for the TV anime Sousou no Frieren (also known as Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End) Season 2, which begins airing on January 16, 2026. In exciting news, it has been disclosed that “Anytime Anywhere”—the ending theme for the anime’s first season—has been reimagined with a fresh arrangement and features milet’s vocals recorded anew.

The initial press and regular editions will include “Anytime Anywhere – Piano Session”, while the limited anime edition packs “Anytime Anywhere – A.Gt Session”. These sessions showcase distinct arrangements: one is a delicate, minimalistic weave centered on piano, and the other is an elegant interplay of guitar and cello. Fans are eager to hear the new shades of “Anytime Anywhere” that these versions bring.
