Sanrio’s Pompompurin Gets Adorable 30th Anniversary Steamcream Collaboration

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the beloved Sanrio character Pompompurin, the moisturizing cream brand STEAMCREAM is releasing special limited-edition design cans. STEAMCREAM is an all-in-one moisturizer that can be used on your face, body, and even hair.

So, who is Pompompurin? He’s a laid-back male Golden Retriever whose signature is his brown beret. His hobbies include napping, doing “pudding gymnastics,” and his special skill is becoming friends with anyone. His dream is to grow even bigger! His favorite phrase is “Let’s go out,” and he dislikes being told “Stay home.” He has a quirky hobby of collecting shoes, secretly hiding single shoes from his owner’s parents, like his father’s leather shoes or his mother’s sandals.

The STEAMCREAM brand, which already features Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty and Cinnamoroll on its aluminum package cans, is welcoming Pompompurin to the lineup with these new designs.

Two new varieties are joining the family: “Pompompurin 30th Anniversary” to celebrate his debut milestone, and “Sanrio Characters and Strawberry”, which features various Sanrio friends visiting a strawberry house. Both designs are super cute and put Pompompurin’s adorable charm front and center.

Each item has a capacity of 75g, with the aluminum can measuring approximately 69.9mm in diameter and 28.4mm in height. The price for each is 2,398 yen (including tax).
