About Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!
Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! is an isekai comedy based on the light novel series by Akatsuki Natsume, published under “Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko”. It follows Satou Kazuma, a hikikomori game lover, who is unexpectedly reincarnated into another world, dragging along the problematic useless goddess, Aqua. He is joined by Megumin, a chuunibyou wizard, and Darkness, a female knight with non-stop delusions, as they journey through this new world.
The TV anime’s first season aired in 2016, the second in 2017, and the third in 2024. The film Eiga Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Kurenai Densetsu was released in 2019. The characters also appeared in the crossover series Isekai Quartet. In 2023, the spin-off Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen wo!, depicting Megumin before she met Kazuma and the others, was also adapted into a TV anime.
