The Beloved Ham-Ham Gang Returns with Angelic New Merch!
Great news for fans! The popular character lottery “Tottoko Hamtarou,” which ended successfully in 2025, is getting a re-release! This “no-lose” store lottery, featuring limited items, will be available again starting Saturday, February 28, 2026. It boasts special, newly-illustrated artwork with an angel theme, making these goods a must-have for any fan.
Tottoko Hamtarou follows the daily adventures of the curious hamster Hamtarou, his owner Rokko-chan, and his hamster friends, the “Hamu-chanzu.” The series began as a manga by Kawai Ritsuko in the learning magazine “Sho-gaku Ninensei” in 1997. Its popularity soared with a TV anime adaptation in 2000, leading to OVAs and movies.
Now, the acclaimed character lottery is making a comeback! The lottery consists of six prize tiers, plus a special “Last Luck Prize” guaranteed for the person who draws the final ticket. All items feature exclusive, newly-illustrated artwork with a charming angel theme.
The lineup includes seven types of limited-design items, such as a BIG Hamtarou plushie, multi-use cases, and acrylic keychains. The designs feature not just Hamtarou, but also beloved characters like Ribon-chan, Koushi-kun, and Neteru-kun.
