Get ready for a cosmic dose of horror because new details have dropped for the upcoming TV anime 'Necronomico no Cosmic Horror Show'! This original anime, also known as 'Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show', has just unveiled additional cast members, information on its theme songs, a striking new key visual, and a main promotional video. The series is set to premiere on July 1 at 11:30 p.m. JST, airing on Tokyo MX before expanding to KTV, BS-NTV, CBC TV, and RKB Mainichi Broadcasting.

Adding a unique twist, the twin evil gods Zhar and Lloigor from the anime made their debut as VTubers recently and are slated to star as themselves in the show!

Bringing this cosmic spectacle to the screen is Studio Gokumi. Leading the project is Masato Matsune, known for directing Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai suru. Handling the series composition and credited with the original story concept is Makoto Uezu, who worked on Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!. Character designs are being handled by Hiroshi Kosuga, who was an animation director on Endro~!. And setting the mood with the musical score is Evan Call, the composer behind the music for Sousou no Frieren.

The Sounds of Cosmic Horror
The theme songs for 'Necronomico no Cosmic Horror Show' have also been revealed. The opening theme, titled "Kakushouron," is performed by Nijisanji VTuber Ryushen. For the ending theme, "PANDORA," we have Vocaloid producer Vell performing, featuring Noa from Colorful Peach. Both of these tracks can be heard in the main promotional video that was released.
