A special collaboration event between the movie `Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-` and “Wendy’s First Kitchen” and “First Kitchen” has been announced, and it’s happening for a limited time!
`Hypnosis Mic` is a music-based character rap project that kicked off in September 2017. It features a total of 18 unique main characters split into six teams: the `Ikebukuro Division`, `Yokohama Division`, `Shibuya Division`, `Shinjuku Division`, `Osaka Division`, and `Nagoya Division`. The story follows their intense rap battles, waged on the line for male pride.
This first-ever movie adaptation, `Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-`, isn’t just a simple film. It’s a groundbreaking, audience-participatory interactive movie – the first of its kind in Japan for a theatrical release – where the winners of the rap battles showcased on screen are decided by the audience’s votes right there in the theater. `Hypnosis Mic`, a project that has always run on an unscripted narrative, is taking a monumental step into a world no one in Japanese film history has dared to tread, making this work a truly memorable piece and the stage for the final division battle.
During the collaboration event with Wendy’s First Kitchen, you can look forward to special collaboration menus inspired by the characters.
