Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Seiko have teamed up for a premium collaboration watch based on Edward Elric. The limited-edition timepiece is now available for pre-order via the AMNIBUS online store.
Watch Design Details
The watch dial is black with a red transmutation circle design representing Edward Elric, accented with the Flamel symbol. The indices feature three-dimensional parts inspired by the screws on Edward’s automail right arm, with Lumibrite applied at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. A subdial at 6 o’clock is engraved with the Amestris military crest.
The case back is engraved with the phrase “Don’t forget 3. OCT. 11” — the same inscription found on Edward’s state alchemist silver pocket watch. The stainless steel band is rust-resistant and practical, and the watch offers 10 ATM water resistance and stopwatch functionality.
Special Packaging
The watch comes in a special box designed to resemble Edward’s signature red coat, with scarlet binding paper. The top of the box features the Flamel emblem in matte gold foil, along with the English translation of the famous quote: “Stand up and walk. Move forward. You have good legs.” The interior is engraved with “EDWARD ELRIC” and “SEIKO” logos, and the box is shaped to display the watch.
