Anime Expo, the largest anime convention in North America, returns to the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 2 to 5, 2026. MyAnimeList staff and moderators will be on-site providing live updates via the official X (Twitter) page and the hashtag #MALatAX. Attendees can join the MAL Meet Up on Saturday, July 4 at 11:15–11:45 AM. For those unable to attend, follow the hashtag or check out Anime Expo Lite for select streams.

Each year, Anime Expo brings together fans and industry from Japan, the US, and all over the world for the largest celebration of Japanese pop culture in North America. The event features the best in Japanese entertainment, music, fashion, and video games.
