A new figure of Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho is now available for pre-order. The “Yu Yu Hakusho DRESSTA Kurama” figure captures the character’s signature move “Fuka Enbu Jin” (Wind Flower Dance Formation) in stunning detail. Pre-orders began on June 30, 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 JST exclusively on the EC site TAITO GEAR & GOODS.
Yu Yu Hakusho is a battle manga by Yoshihiro Togashi that ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1990 to 1994. The story follows protagonist Yusuke Urameshi, who dies in an accident and is revived as a Spirit Detective. Alongside his friends Kazuma Kuwabara, Kurama, and Hiei, he battles evil demons and grows stronger. The TV anime aired 112 episodes from October 1992, and a live-action drama was released on Netflix in December 2023.
Kurama is a former thief demon who lives in the human world under the alias Shuichi Minamino. He is a fox demon (yōko) with the ability to freely control plants. This figure depicts him in a poised stance holding a rose, with petals swirling around him—freezing the moment of his elegant attack.
The figure emphasizes Kurama’s calm gaze and graceful demeanor, capturing the refined air that defines the character. Every detail, from the flowing hair and billowing clothes to the careful sculpting of his hands, is meticulously crafted. The scattered petals convey both beauty and dynamic intensity as he unleashes his technique.
