Get ready for a massive summer celebration! Just in time for the highly anticipated movie premiere, 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 is teaming up with Aeon for a special collaboration. The “Ion ni Tsudoe! Zen Shuuchuu Natsu Matsuri” (Gather at Aeon! Full Concentration Summer Festival) event is set to kick off on July 18, 2025, the same day the new film hits theaters. This exciting event will span approximately 5,600 stores and facilities across 18 companies within the nationwide Aeon group, including “Aeon”, “Aeon Style”, and “Aeon Mall”.

『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 is an anime based on the popular manga by Gotouge Koyoharu, serialized in Shueisha’s “Jump Comics”. The manga has reached over 150 million copies in circulation with its complete 23 volumes. The story follows Kamado Tanjirou, a young boy whose family is brutally murdered by demons. To turn his sister Nezuko, who was turned into a demon, back into a human, he joins the Demon Slayer Corps and throws himself into battle against the demons. The series captivates audiences with its poignant tale of humans and demons, intense sword fighting, charming characters, and occasional moments of comedy.

ufotable that is handling the anime production has been developing the series starting with 『Terebi Anime “Kimetsu no Yaiba” Kamado Tanjirou Risshi-hen』 in April 2019. Following the 『Terebi Anime “Kimetsu no Yaiba” Hashira Geiko-hen』 which aired from May 2024, the next chapter, 『Gekijouban “Kimetsu no Yaiba” Mugenjou-hen』, is being produced as a trilogy, with the first chapter premiering on July 18, 2025.

This collaboration features stunning, Aeon-exclusive illustrations by ufotable, showcasing eight characters, including the protagonist Kamado Tanjirou, in vibrant “Summer Festival” themes. A variety of exciting initiatives are planned that fans of the 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 anime world can thoroughly enjoy. These include must-see limited novelty gifts, prize campaigns, a “Mystery-Solving Event” perfect for staying cool indoors during the hot summer, and original in-store broadcasts by the voice cast that can only be heard at Aeon group stores and facilities.

During the campaign period, if you spend 3000 yen (including tax) or 1000 yen (including tax) at participating Aeon group stores, you can use your receipt(s) as one entry unit (up to 5 receipts can be combined). By applying through the dedicated website, you could win exclusive original 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 goods that can only be obtained here, as well as popular electronics and other items, with a total of 818 winners selected.

Also, on the day of the event, for every 3000 yen (including tax) spent at participating stores/facilities (receipts can be combined), you will receive original 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 goods featuring the Aeon-exclusive ufotable illustrations, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Simply visiting participating stores and facilities makes you eligible to receive original 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 sun visors and original 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 uchiwa (fans) for free, while supplies last. Also available for free is a hands-on mystery-solving event at Aeon Malls nationwide, which you can enjoy using your smartphone and writing tools. The puzzles for the mystery event were created by SCRAP, the company behind the “Real Dasshutsu Game” series.

Furthermore, original voice broadcasts by the 『Kimetsu no Yaiba』 anime voice cast, including the protagonist Kamado Tanjirou (CV: Hanae Natsuki), will be played, exclusively available only at Aeon group stores and facilities.
