Yu Hibari‘s light novel Tenkou-saki no Seiso Karen na Bishoujo ga, Mukashi Danshi to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osananajimi Datta Ken (also known as Oh Boy, Was I Wrong About Her and by its short title Tenbin) concluded with its 11th volume on Friday.
Hibari began writing the romantic comedy series on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in June 2020. Kadokawa started publishing the title under its Sneaker Bunko imprint with illustrations by Shirakomiso (Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki) in February 2021.
A manga adaptation drawn by Kina Oyama began serialization on the Dra-Dra Flat♭ web magazine in September 2021. Kadokawa released the seventh volume in July 2025.
A television anime produced by Project No. 9 started airing on July 6. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime with subtitles in multiple languages.
