New Cast Members
The official website for the Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori television anime has announced two additional voice actors. Souma Saitou, known for his role in Shuumatsu no Walküre, will voice User Ramses, while Shun Horie, from Yuusha-kei ni Shosu, takes on the role of Juda Haspaslupi.
Staff and Production
The anime is directed by Kousuke Kobayashi at Tatsunoko Production, with Yoriko Tomita handling series composition, Kenji Fujisaki designing characters, and Yoshihisa Hirano composing the music. The series is currently airing, and its second cour is set to premiere on September 29 at 1:35 a.m. on NTV’s AnichU programming block, followed by BS-NTV.

Manga Background
Chie Shinohara serialized the original manga in Sho-Comi from January 1995 to January 2002. Shogakukan published the 28th and final volume in July 2002. The manga has sold over 20 million copies in total, including digital editions. VIZ Media licensed the series in English and released all 28 volumes between June 2004 and January 2010.
