The TV anime Tokyo Revengers has announced that its new arc, the Three Days War arc (三天戦争編), will begin exclusive worldwide streaming on Disney+ on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Along with the announcement, a new key visual and the latest promotional video have also been unveiled.
Based on the manga Tokyo Revengers by Wakui Ken, which ran in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2017 to 2022 and won the 44th Kodansha Manga Award in the shonen category, the anime follows the story of Hanagaki Takemichi, a former delinquent who peaked in middle school. When his one and only girlfriend from his middle school days is killed, he time-leaps back 12 years to his middle school days, determined to change the past and save her.
The first season, covering the “8.3 Conflict” and “Bloody Halloween” arcs, aired from April to September 2021. It was followed by the second season, the “Christmas Showdown” arc, from January to April 2023, and the third season, the “Tenjiku” arc, from October to December of the same year. The franchise has also expanded into live-action films and stage adaptations.
In the new Three Days War arc, the conflict between Tokyo Manji and Tenjiku comes to a close, and as each character moves forward carrying their own sorrow, Hanagaki Takemichi finds himself in awe of the deceased Kisaki Tetta. Meanwhile, Sano Manjiro (Mikey), having heard the full story of Takemichi’s time leaps, makes a certain decision.
After the battle ends and Takemichi leaves the past, he finally reaches the best future where his beloved Hinata is alive. However, “he” is not there. In a world where three teams are fighting for supremacy—the “Three Days Era”—Takemichi’s final revenge begins.
