Theme park Lagunasia will host the immersive event “Meitantei Precure! Issho ni Nazotoki! Hanamaru Kaiketsu Festival! in Lagunatembos” from November 1, 2026 (Sunday). The event is an interactive experience based on the latest Precure series, Meitantei Precure!, and will run until January 31, 2027, offering stage shows, mystery-solving activities, photo spots, and more.
The 23rd entry in the Precure franchise, Meitantei Precure! takes inspiration from detectives, with the theme “find the truth by seeing, feeling, and thinking for yourself.” The story follows 14-year-old middle schooler Akechi Anna, who lives in Makoto Mirai Town. On her birthday, she is led by a fairy named Pochitan and a pendant she found in her room, and time-travels from 2027 back to 1999’s Makotomirai City. There, she meets Kobayashi Mikuru, a 14-year-old girl who aspires to be a detective. When a case occurs involving stolen valuables at the hands of the Phantom thief group, Anna and Mikuru transform into Meitantei Precure to protect everyone’s smiles with their deductive powers—and to find a way for Anna to return to her original time.
The festival features a stage where Precure characters appear daily during the event period. There will also be mystery-solving corners where visitors can play alongside Anna and her friends, plus photo spots where you can take pictures with the team. Popular workshops like the “Narikiri Photo Studio” (costume photo session) and “Oekaki Can Badge” (make your own can badge) will be available as well.
At the on-site shop, exclusive event merchandise and a wide range of Precure goods will be sold. Collab menu items will also be offered at dining venues within the park.
Adjacent to Lagunasia, the “Henn na Hotel Lagunatembos” is now accepting reservations for the limited-time collaboration room, “Meitantei Precure! Collab Room.” During the event, a special overnight plan includes event tickets, workshop vouchers, Lagunasia admission, and breakfast as perks.
Prior to the main event, two special stage performances are scheduled. On September 20 (Sunday), “Precure All Stars ga Yattekuru!” will bring a total of 24 Precure characters to the stage for a sing-along and dance session. Then on October 10 (Saturday), “Meitantei Precure! Show” will feature the four main characters of the current series. Both shows will be followed by a high-touch meeting with the Precure characters.
