The legendary Dengeki Bunko series “Black Bullet” is making a comeback. Starting November 2026, the series will be relaunched as “Black Bullet: New World Order” with two volumes released simultaneously each month for four consecutive months. The announcement has sent fans into a frenzy on X, with many expressing disbelief and joy.
Originally launched in 2011 and adapted into a TV anime in 2014, “Black Bullet” is now being reborn with beautiful new cover illustrations by illustrator Ukai Saki. The series will be published as “Black Bullet: New World Order” (The New World Order) starting November 10, 2026. The latest volume, “Black Bullet 7: World Revolution Bullet” (published July 2014), will be completely rewritten as “Black Bullet: New World Order 05 (Part 1) Re: World Revolution Bullet” and “Part 2: Justice & Injustice,” leading the story into a new chapter.
The official Dengeki Bunko X account announced: “Breaking news: ‘Black Bullet: New World Order’ will be released two volumes at a time for four consecutive months starting November 2026! After 12 years, the long-awaited restart! And the story moves into a new chapter—”
