The “Haikyu!! Mimashita Hanko” series has expanded with a second wave, adding 20 new animal mascot designs to the lineup. Combined with the previously released 24 chibi character illustrations, fans can now choose from 44 illustrations and pair them with seven text options for a total of 308 customizable patterns.
The stamps were developed in response to requests for communication tools that can be used in exchanges with teachers. Using character and mascot illustrations from the anime, they convey a sense of “I’ve seen it” while softening the recipient’s mood.
Based on Furudate Haruichi’s manga about high school boys dedicating their youth to volleyball, the Haikyu!! anime began airing in 2014. The theatrical film Haikyu!!: The Dumpster Battle opened on February 16, 2024. Looking ahead, the movie Haikyu!! VS The Little Giant (featuring a match between Karasuno and Oudai High) and the special anime Haikyu!!: The Place Where Monsters Go (depicting the clash between Fukurodani Gakuen and Mujinazaka High) are scheduled for 2027.
Each stamp measures 10 mm in diameter. Users can select from nine body colors and four ink colors to personalize their stamp.
Besides being handy for school-home communication via contact notebooks and reading cards, the stamps work well for workplace sticky notes, memos, and confirming shared documents. A single press adds a playful touch to any message.
The “Haikyu!! Mimashita Hanko” is priced at 2,600 yen and is currently available at the official FUNCO store website.
