The massively popular *IDOLiSH7* project celebrated its 10th anniversary on August 20, 2025. What began as a smartphone app game by Bandai Namco Online in 2015 has blossomed into a multi-faceted idol creation endeavor, encompassing TV anime, manga, and novels, affectionately known to fans as “Ainana.”

The 10 years that “managers” (fans) have walked alongside them can be relived through a special memorial movie:

Over these ten years, the project has seen the birth of four captivating idol units: the 7-member male idol group “IDOLiSH7,” alongside “TRIGGER,” “Re:vale,” and “ZOOL.”

The celebration continues within the app game with the announcement of a new story arc, “Rainbow City Arc,” marking the start of a massive “10th Anniversary 10 Big Campaigns”! The momentum of *IDOLiSH7* shows no signs of slowing down, continuing to connect everyone’s dreams for years to come.

The IDOLiSH7 Official Manager account shared a message celebrating the 10th anniversary, looking forward to the future with fans.

The stunning 10th-anniversary key visual was brought to life by the original character designer Tanamura Arina and animation character designer Fukagawa Kasumi. This vibrant artwork beautifully expresses splendor, dynamism, and the “connections” that bridge the past and future, all symbolized by intricate ribbon motifs.

The visuals were unveiled sequentially, building anticipation: ZOOL’s visual was released on August 14, followed by Re:vale on August 15, TRIGGER on August 16, and finally, IDOLiSH7 on August 17.

Tanamura Arina expressed her joy at the 10th anniversary, alongside a vibrant new illustration. Fukagawa Kasumi also posted her congratulatory message, emphasizing the special connection.

Tsushimi Bunta, the brilliant mind behind the original story, penned a heartfelt message: “The fact that we could reach such a wonderful anniversary is all thanks to the warm support of managers nationwide. I am so incredibly happy to be involved with content that has been loved for so long!”

Fukagawa Kasumi, in turn, shared her admiration for Tsushimi-sensei’s work, stating, “Tsushimi-sensei’s scenarios are like a bible; I want to read them to children.” Her comment highlights the profound impact of the story.

IDOLiSH7 (アイドリッシュセブン)

The vibrant 7-member group consisting of Izumi Iori, Nikaidoo Yamato, Izumi Mitsuki, Yotsuba Tamaki, Oosaka Sougo, Rokuya Nagi, and Nanase Riku, all proudly affiliated with Takanashi Production. Their rich and distinct personalities are a key factor in captivating their dedicated fanbase.

Abe Atsushi, the voice of Oosaka Sougo, posted a photo, remarking, “I just dropped by after work to see it. 10 years… that’s incredible.” He was referring to the commemorative graphic displayed for a limited time in the underground concourse of Shinjuku Station starting August 18.

Nanase Riku’s voice actor, Ono Kenshou, and Rokuya Nagi’s voice actor, Eguchi Takuya, also shared their celebratory wishes and messages of gratitude, respectively.

TRIGGER (トリガー)

A powerful 3-member unit under Yaotome Production, comprising Yaotome Gaku, Kujou Ten, and Tsunashi Ryuunosuke. Known for their stoic demeanor, they continuously showcase a wide range of captivating expressions in their performances.

The formidable 2-member group under Okazaki Production, consisting of Momo and Yuki. They are widely known by their impressive moniker, “Absolute Kings.”

Tachibana Shinnosuke, the voice of Yuki, celebrated the dawn of the next 10 years and commented on the new song: “The part where everyone dances the same moves simultaneously in the chorus is so emo.” He then comically added, “But… please, don’t dance too much, haha,” playfully revealing his honest feelings!

ZOOL (ズール)

A bold and fearless 4-member group belonging to Tsukumo Production, featuring Isumi Haruka, Inumaru Tooma, Natsume Minami, and Midoo Torao. Their audacious charm captivates fans far and wide.

Hirose Yuuya, the voice of Isumi Haruka, cited the memorial movie and reminisced, “Watching the retrospective video, I got sentimental recalling how I felt when I was cast for the role!”

Mori Takt, who composed songs like “HELLO CALLiNG,” released as a group anniversary song for the 7th-anniversary project in 2022, expressed his joy, stating, “Next year, 10 years from now, even in the next life… this is a favorite line of mine. May everyone have wonderful encounters!!!”

Composer Kinoshita Tomoya, who worked on songs like “BE AUTHENTIC” included in the album *TRIGGER 3rd Album “Trois”*, shared his reflection: “It’s been over 10 years since I received the materials and wrote ‘SECRET NIGHT.’ To be able to be involved in content loved for so long is truly a musician’s greatest joy.” He also sent a cheer for the future: “Next, let’s aim for the 20th anniversary!”

Matsune Masato, the scriptwriter and director of the animated music video *Crescent rise*, a collaboration between the animation studio TRIGGER and the idol unit TRIGGER, wrote: “I feel nothing but happiness for the opportunity to meet the miraculous trio that is TRIGGER.”

G-angle, a studio known for its *IDOLiSH7* illustration work, released a celebratory illustration infused with their feelings for the 10th anniversary, stating strongly, “We will continue to fully support Ainana going forward!”

Even Kunozan Toshogu, a historical shrine that displays a poster of Izumi Iori, joined in the celebration, exclaiming, “Today marks *IDOLiSH7*’s 10th anniversary!! Congratulations!”
