About Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu
Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu is based on the popular light novel series by Nagatsuki Tappei. The story follows Natsuki Subaru, a young boy who is suddenly summoned to a fantasy world on his way home from a convenience store. In this new and perilous world, Subaru gains the unique ability “Return by Death,” which allows him to rewind time after dying. He uses this power to protect those he cares about, desperately fighting against despair and confronting his harsh fate.
Affectionately known as “Rezero” by fans, the TV anime’s 1st season aired from April to September 2016. The 2nd season was split into two cours, with the first part broadcasting from July to September 2020, and the latter half from January to March 2021. Additionally, two original video animations (OVAs) have been produced, further enriching the Rezero universe. Looking ahead, the 3rd season, titled “Assault Arc,” aired from October to November 2024, followed by the “Counterattack Arc” from February to March 2025. Fans can also look forward to the 4th season, which has been announced for 2026!
