Yochien WARS, penned by Chiba Yuu, is a captivating blend of violence and romantic comedy that has taken “Shounen Jump+” by storm, boasting over 1.7 million copies in circulation. The story centers around Rita, former legendary assassin with prisoner number 999, who now works at a kindergarten attended by the children of the world’s most influential figures. Her top-secret mission from the government? To protect the kindergarteners from the constant stream of assassins targeting them daily. While Rita expertly dispatches foes with overwhelming power, she harbors a surprising weakness: she’s a total sucker for handsome men! The manga promises a thrilling narrative detailing the struggles of “special teacher” Rita as she strives to maintain the “safest kindergarten in the world.” Volumes 1 to 15 are currently available, with a special comic volume titled “LUKE” set to be released on October 3rd.
