Yet another indispensable character for the Abashiri Prison Raid Arc has been unveiled! As the production team, we approached Sugimoto-san with the unwavering conviction that “no one else could possibly play Totan.”
Filming presented its challenges, involving numerous night shoots deep within secluded mountain areas. However, Sugimoto-san’s portrayal was nothing short of magnificent, from his eerie introduction to his precise and sharp gun action.
