Shine Bright! Haikyuu!! Characters Get Aurora Acrylic Stands Featuring Hinata, Kageyama, and More
From the TV anime Haikyuu!!, “Aurora Acrylic Stands” featuring characters like Hinata Shouyou and Kageyama Tobio that sparkle in rainbow colors when they catch the light are set to be released by COSPA. Advance sales will begin at the “Haikyuu!! FAN PARK” event held at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall on June 7th and 8th.
Haikyuu!! is a high school volleyball manga by Furudate Haruichi, serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from 2012 to 2020. It depicts the struggles of the small-statured boy, Hinata Shouyou, after he enrolls in his beloved/admired Karasuno High School, where he strives to reach the national tournament alongside talented player Kageyama Tobio and other unique companions.
The TV anime adaptation began in 2014 and aired up to its fourth season. The series has also spawned theatrical films and OVAs, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2022. In February 2024, the sequel to the fourth season, Haikyuu!! TO THE TOP, titled Gekijouban Haikyuu!! Gomisuteba no Kessen (which can be translated as Haikyuu!! The Movie: Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump), was released. At the “Haikyuu!! 10th Event -NEXT STEP-” held on March 2, 2025, the production of a new film, Gekijouban Haikyuu!! VS Chiisana Kyojin (which can be translated as Haikyuu!! The Movie: VS The Little Giant), was announced, along with the production and TV broadcast of the short special anime Haikyuu!! Bakemono-tachi no Iku Tokoro (which can be translated as Haikyuu!! Where the Monsters Go).
Hinata Shouyou, Kageyama Tobio, Tsukishima Kei, Kuroo Tetsurou, and Kozume Kenma are now available as “Aurora Acrylic Stands” that reflect light and sparkle in rainbow colors. These items are quite substantial, standing approximately 20cm tall, and are being released as the “Challenge and Growth Ver.”
The three members from Karasuno High School – Hinata, Kageyama, and Tsukishima – use visuals showing them holding a ball, featuring impressive accompanying crows. Meanwhile, the two members from Nekoma High School, Kuroo and Kozume, are depicted with cats perched on their shoulders.
A special feature of these stands is that the background of the printed area sparkles, allowing you to enjoy the brilliant shimmer without obscuring the illustration itself.
The “Aurora Acrylic Stands” are scheduled for release in early October, but advance sales will take place at “Haikyuu!! FAN PARK”. This means attendees can get their hands on them a little earlier!
