About the Overlord Series
The original *Overlord* series is a dark fantasy light novel written by Maruyama Kugane and published by KADOKAWA, boasting an impressive cumulative circulation of over 14 million copies. The captivating story follows a protagonist who finds himself transported to a different world, one strikingly similar to the virtual reality online game he used to play. In this new reality, he takes on the form of the powerful skeleton magic caster, Ainz Ooal Gown, and embarks on a grand quest for world domination.
