Singer-songwriter milet has been announced as the artist performing the second ending theme for the TV anime Soosoo no Frieren, which is set to begin airing on January 16, 2026. This marks milet’s second consecutive time providing an ending theme for the series, following her work on the first season’s ending theme, “Anytime Anywhere.”

To commemorate her providing two consecutive ending themes, a special premiere of the live performance video for “Anytime Anywhere” will be released on milet’s Official YouTube Channel starting November 30 at 18:00 JST. This footage captures her captivating performance at “Hey Taipei, I’m milet,” held at Zepp New Taipei.
Unveiling the New Song: “The Story of Us”
Furthermore, milet’s new song, “The Story of Us,” was first unveiled in the latest anime promotional video released on November 20. This medium-tempo track, woven with milet’s signature expansive and powerful vocals, gently watches over Frieren and her companions on their journey, sometimes offering a soft push of encouragement. It stands out with a distinct charm compared to the first season’s ending theme. For this new song, the talented Evan Call-shi, who also composes the in-anime music, once again handled the arrangement, continuing his excellent work from the first season.

milet has garnered significant attention through various high-profile activities, including her vocal performance at the closing ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in 2021.
