Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Pop-Up Shop Arrives at Oomiya Station!
Get ready, Ultraman fans! A special pop-up shop celebrating the “Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary” project is coming to Saitama. The “Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Station-Naka POP UP SHOP in Oomiya Station” will be held from December 19th to December 26th, 2025, in the East-West connecting passage outside the ticket gates of JR Oomiya Station.
The Ultraman Series has been a constant companion since the original “Ultraman” first appeared on TV on July 10th, 1966. For decades, it has walked with us, stirred our hearts, and delivered messages of “courage,” “hope,” and “compassion.” The 60th-anniversary project, which kicked off on July 10th, 2025, celebrates the series reaching this incredible milestone in 2026. With the core message “with U“—meaning both “with You” and “with ULTRAMAN“—the project aims to share the series’ charm with long-time fans and newcomers alike.
This pop-up shop is a part of that grand celebration. It will feature a variety of manufacturers offering everything from miscellaneous goods and apparel to figures and food. One notable participant is Crazy Bump, known for planning and operating exhibition events themed around subcultures like manga, anime, and tokusatsu. They’ve just revealed their lineup of goods for the shop!
