More Voices Join the School Comedy This Spring
Great news for fans of school rom-coms! The official website for the upcoming anime Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi has just dropped the names of several new cast members. For those who might not know the tongue-twister title, it’s also known in English as The Story of a Useless Disciplinary Committee Member and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length. The series is locked in for an April 2026 premiere on Tokyo MX and BS Asahi, so mark your calendars!

Roots of the Story: The Manga
All this anime excitement springs from the original manga by Yokota Takuma. The series started its run in Shounen Sirius magazine back in March 2019 and has been going strong ever since.
