A new pop-up store for the TV anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn! is set to open at two Ito Yokado locations in July 2026, featuring an exclusive line of merchandise designed around a “cutlery” concept. The store will offer advance sales of newly drawn illustration goods.
Event Overview
The “TV Anime ‘Katekyo Hitman Reborn!’ POP UP STORE in Ito Yokado” will run from July 3 to July 15, 2026, at the Ito Yokado Ario Kitasuna store (3F Toyro Park) and the Ito Yokado Grand Tree Musashikosugi store (4F Toyro Park). Admission is free, and the store will be open from 10:00 to 20:00 daily.
Merchandise Lineup
The event will feature a variety of trading items, including glitter can badges, hologram can badges, bromide prints, illustration cards, acrylic cards, 75mm aurora can badges, BIG acrylic stands, and extra-large acrylic stands. Chibi character designs will also appear on trading glitter can badges, acrylic stands, illustration cards, and clear die-cut stickers.
Purchase Bonuses
For every 2,000 yen (tax included) spent on event-related products, customers will receive one random postcard from a set of 12 designs. Additionally, box purchase bonuses are available for certain trading items: the glitter can badges and hologram can badges, as well as the chibi character glitter can badges, come with event-limited bonus items.
Among the exclusive bonuses are a “Newly drawn XANXUS (10 years later) & Superbi Squalo (10 years later) cutlery ver. glitter can badge event limited bonus” and a “Reborn & Sawada Tsunayoshi chibi character cutlery ver. 75mm glitter can badge event limited bonus.”
About the Series
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! is based on the manga by Amano Akira, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2004 to 2012. The story follows Tsuna (Sawada Tsunayoshi), a hopeless middle school student who trains under the mysterious baby hitman Reborn to become a worthy 10th-generation boss of the Vongola family. The TV anime aired on TV Tokyo from October 2006 to September 2010.
2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the series, and various projects are being held throughout the year as part of the “20th ANNIVERSARY YEAR.”
Staff and Cast
The anime was directed by Imaizumi Kenichi (Kingdom), with series composition by Kishima Nobuaki (Doraemon films, Initial D Final Stage) and character design by Tanaka Masayoshi (Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Suzume).
