Third Haikyuu!! Original Art Exhibition “Chousensha-tachi” Reveals Second Key Visual and Exhibition Details

The third original art exhibition for the manga Haikyuu!!, titled “Furudate Haruichi Haikyuu!! Ten Chousensha-tachi” (Challengers), will be held from October 30, 2026, to January 11, 2027, at the Mori Arts Center Gallery on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.

This time, the second key visual, “Josou (Hinata Shouyou),” has been unveiled. The illustration, newly drawn by original author Furudate Haruichi, focuses on protagonist Hinata Shouyou as he leaps upward, capturing his journey of challenges and the many iconic scenes with teammates and rivals from his perspective. The visual symbolizes the “run-up” toward greater heights, representing the growth and challenge narrative of Haikyuu!!.

Exhibition Zones and Highlights

The exhibition traces the steps and growth of characters centered on Hinata Shouyou and Kageyama Tobio, following the trajectory of the “challengers” who kept aiming for the “view from the top.” The venue is divided into five zones:

  • ZONE1: “Those Who Aim for the Top”
  • ZONE2: “Now, to the National Summit”
  • ZONE3: “Something”
  • ZONE4: “The Great Monster War”
  • ZONE5: “Challengers”

In particular, ZONE3 “Something” will feature a number of newly drawn illustrations by Furudate, created exclusively for this exhibition. These are scenes that have never been depicted anywhere before. Furudate commented on the exhibition: “I had the chance to review some of the displayed manuscripts for tone peeling repairs, and I felt that the passion and anxiety from the serialization period were soaked into them, almost making me think they might smell sweaty. The smell is probably just my imagination, but I hope visitors can come and feel that kind of thing!”

Ticket Information and Goods

Ticket sales began on July 14 at 20:19 with an advance lottery exclusively for digital Weekly Shonen Jump subscribers. A limited number of “Goods Included” tickets come with an autographed Players Card Set (with a special binder).

Other merchandise includes the official exhibition catalog and an acrylic MEGA figure of the first key visual “Shisei o Tadasu” (Correcting Posture). Visitors will also receive a random set of two Players Cards as a bonus.

Following the Tokyo venue, the exhibition will also tour to Osaka and Sendai. The Osaka run is scheduled for April 24 to June 20, 2027, at Grand Front Osaka North Building Knowledge Capital Event Lab/Knowledge Theatre. The Sendai run is planned for summer 2027, with details to be announced later.
