Sentimental Circus is welcoming a new character to its lineup with a brand-new merchandise theme inspired by a tea salon. The series, titled “Tonight, at the Shirokuro Kogumaza Tea Salon,” will hit stores and online shops around September 2026.
The franchise follows Shappo, a discarded stuffed bear, and other forgotten plush toys who secretly form a circus at night. The 40th theme takes place in an oriental-style tea salon, complete with neon signs and distinctive color schemes that capture the series’ signature bittersweet cuteness.
Stationery and Accessories
The lineup includes a variety of stationery items such as memo pads, B6 notebooks, foil-stamped stickers, and a convenient 3-color ballpoint pen.
For carrying essentials, there’s a pen pouch with piping accents and a stand pouch that opens wide for easy access.
Bags and pouches also make an appearance, including a gama-guchi coin purse, a drawstring bag with handle, and a glossy tote bag that’s both stylish and practical.
Hair accessories and charms are also part of the collection. A scrunchie printed with Shappo and friends is easy to incorporate into any outfit, while the “Hoshikuzu Teapot Charm Collection” features teapot-shaped charms with tassels for a luxurious finish.
Plush Toys and Tableware
Plush fans will be delighted by the new character “Shirokuro Kogumaza” joining the lineup, along with fresh outfits for Shappo and Spica. The collection also includes hanging plush and collectible plush options.
