Free Marathon Streaming Announced for Kimetsu no Yaiba
Great news for all demon slayers out there! The wildly popular anime Kimetsu no Yaiba (also known as Demon Slayer) is getting a massive free streaming event. Every single episode will be available to binge for free on the innovative platform ABEMA. The marathon kicks off on Saturday, December 27, 2025, and runs all the way through Sunday, January 4, 2026—a full nine days of non-stop action.

About the Epic Saga
Kimetsu no Yaiba is based on the immensely successful manga by Gotouge Koyoharu. The story follows Kamado Tanjirou, a kind-hearted boy whose family is slaughtered by demons. His sole surviving sister, Nezuko, is turned into a demon herself. Driven by a desperate hope to turn her back into a human, Tanjirou joins the Demon Slayer Corps and embarks on a perilous journey filled with breathtaking battles and heartfelt moments.
The manga, published in Shueisha’s Jump Comics (volumes 1-23), has achieved a staggering cumulative circulation of over 150 million copies. The anime adaptation, produced by the renowned studio ufotable, first aired in April 2019 with “Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kamado Tanjirou Risshi Hen” (Tanjirou Kamado’s Determination Arc). Its popularity skyrocketed with the release of “Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha Hen” (Infinity Train Arc) in October 2020.

Since then, fans have been treated to the “Mugen Ressha Hen“, “Yuuukaku Hen” (Entertainment District Arc), “Katanakaji no Sato Hen” (Swordsmith Village Arc), and “Hashira Geiko Hen” (Hashira Training Arc). The hype reached new heights with the July 2025 release of the film “Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugenjou Hen – Dai Isshou – Akaza Saikai” (Infinity Castle Arc – Chapter One: Akaza’s Return).
